Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of GraveyardCheck and any paid subscription. By using the service, you agree to them. Last updated: 1 August 2026.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to use the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful where you live.
Analysis, not a guarantee
Predictions, probabilities, confidence scores and articles are statistical opinions provided for information and education. They are not financial advice, betting instructions or guarantees of a result or profit. Football outcomes are uncertain and you remain responsible for every decision you make.
No gambling service
GraveyardCheck is not a bookmaker, does not hold customer betting funds and does not accept, arrange or place bets. Payment for a subscription buys access to platform content and features only.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure and use only your own account. You must not scrape the service, bypass access limits, interfere with security, copy substantial parts of the content or use the platform unlawfully.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans renew at the price and interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel future renewal through the available subscription management process or by contacting support@graveyardcheck.com. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not remove statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.
Refunds and cancellation rights
Refund requests are assessed according to applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase. If you believe a payment was incorrect or wish to exercise a statutory cancellation right, contact us promptly. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Availability and third-party data
Fixtures and model inputs depend on third-party data providers. Coverage, timing and accuracy can vary. We may update, suspend or remove features to maintain the service, comply with law or respond to provider changes. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual property
The GraveyardCheck name, presentation, original writing, software and analysis format are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; republication, resale or systematic extraction requires written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GraveyardCheck is not responsible for betting losses, decisions made from predictions, third-party data errors or indirect losses. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law that applies to you.
